This place is a joke! Save yourself the headache and go to the one in Greenbrae. I brought in a keg to exchange and asked to see the available selection. Manager told me I wasn't allowed in the walk-in. I asked what she had in stock and she started listing everything she was out of. So I asked for a list of what she DID have. She had a clerk get me a list, and I picked out two that were on the list (If you don't have this one, I'll take this instead). She came back and told me they were out of both of my selections!!! This is the worst bevmo in marin, the managers not helpful at all. an wouldn't even give me a box after a bought 350$ in Prosecco. I was ready to spend 500$ on beer 🍺 for an event there. but after the vary poor customer service I will never spend one red penny at the San Rafael Bevmo. Customer service at the Larkspur BevMo is 100% amazing! helpful, courteous, Knowledgeable, an it makes you want to spend spend your money there. 💰
