EDITED: Its nice they responded and asked for free consulting services on their poor performance. It would have been nicer to say we will replace your bottle of wine give us a call so we can talk about the feedback. Bad service, poor selection and crappy bagging. I have been going to BevMo often to support a smaller chain. Ill spend $100s of dollars a month in that place. The last time I was in spent $120 on a couple bottles of wine. I placed an order through uber eats from this location and they marked it as completed 3 hours later after the store had closed even though I kept asking for updates and uber couldn’t do anything about it because BevMo has their own delivery driver system and I contacted BevMo directly at this location and the manager told me to give him my information and he would get back to me and never did so I disputed this charge and they still took my money… and I’m not one to drop reviews on anything !
great selection of not just drinks but snacks for the kids and etc. staff is always friendly.
