I was disappointed with the customer service at the Oceanside BevMo. I requested a price match on a bottle of Hess Cabernet that a competitor had advertised for $18.99 and showed Heather the competitor's sale page as proof. Instead of verifying the information, Heather assumed the advertised price was for a smaller bottle size and refused to honor the match, stating that she could get in trouble.
