I have been coming to Beverly‘s for a few years, I love the girls here. Everybody is so nice and I’m always warmly welcomed when I walk in. I recently had my lip filler done with Rory, and I cannot praise her enough! She’s so personable, listened to my requests, and my concerns about my insecurities, and I asked what SHE suggested. Always canceled my appointments and hard to get my money back they are scammers!
Had an issue with service that I haven’t had at any other places and tried to call and resolve it with the manager. Called three times. They keep saying she will call but she never does. 2 emails. Going to just write reviews everywhere and file a dispute since the service did not work and I’ve been trying to resolve. I went to the Scottsdale location yesterday. The injector wasn’t the owner. I asked her about 3 times if she was a nurse and a certified Botox/ filler injector. She told me she was . During the procedure I didn’t feel much pain . I got home and went on with my day.
