VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, I LEFT AN EMAIL 3 WEEKS AGO-NO REPLY I THEN CALLED THE OFFICE & SCHEDULED A CONFERENCE CALL, NO ONE CALLED AT SHEDULED TIME, SO I CALL TO CHECK STATUS, I WAS TOLD MS. WINSTEAD WOULD CALL ME AND NEVER DID, I CALLED AGAIN & WAS TOLD I WOULD GET A CALL BACK , AGAIN NO CALL BACK, 3RD TIME I CALLED THE GENTLEMAN WAS RUDE,& SAID I MISSED MY CONFERENCE CALL!!!! In 2018 I interview three companies for my tax problems with the IRS. The big companies were expensive and I did not trust them, they seemed like used car dealers trying to get me to overpay for a lemon. Beverly was the complete opposite. I have used Beverly for all of my tax issues with the IRS and the State of Maryland and have had outstanding results. I have tried the big companies on TV and radio and was disappointed, to say the least, because all they do is take your money. If you want results in your favor, Beverly is more than capable of giving you the results that you're looking for.
