Canceled an appointment with these people, a low and behold! I get a message saying I have an appointment with them!! I canceled with you people over a month ago!!! So now you want me to freaking pay a late fee probably because I canceled over a month ago!!!! Worst ever business practice and oh yeah looks like they want to milk people for their money after they have cancelled their appointments months in advance!!!!
When I first started going here a couple of years ago I was really impressed. Nathan and Katie have always been professional and in the beginning I was really happy with my results but I’ve had just one too many issues…recently I paid over $500 for 50 units of Botox and was surprised to say, it didn’t work??
