Don't injure the customer and then laugh about it. In other words, Do not show up on the job inebriated and try to work on customers. If you do injure a customer, at least offer an apology. And offer first aide. Do not pretend that the manager is not in. Do not hang up the phone when the customer they asks to speak with the manager or owner about being injured at your facility!
Exceptional service
I go here for my mani/pedi and love the service. I've never had a long wait and they always do the mani/pedi at the same time so I'm not there as long. The customer service is great. Today Stephanie did my mani and she actually chatted with me the whole time. She was very friendly and I learned a lot about her culture. I appreciate the friendly customer service. I was satisfied with the service today and any other day.
This is a nice nail salon that you can walk into without an appointment. The atmosphere is not so relaxing, because it gets noisy, but its still a nice place to get a quick mani/pedi.
