Recently purchased a living room set and dining table from Beverly Hills furniture. The person handling my order went above and beyond to find the right furniture for my apartment. He was very patient and professional. The delivery was fast and the delivery people were amazing! They were super helpful. Also their prices are great! I have absolutely no complaints. I highly recommend!
I didn’t have faith in these neighborhood furniture stores. Kinda went in to see what they had. Surprised when I found a perfect bed for my kids room, good quality and extra storage. And then I found something I wasn’t even shopping for, my bedroom set. Delivery was fast, even with the small delays communication was on point. When I got my order I realized I never ordered a box spring. When I called back we didn’t focus on who made the mistake but rather how can it be resolved. They are bad business don’t buy form them
I’m advising everyone to not order from this company. I spent $9,558 three weeks ago on furniture for my living room, kids room and bedroom. I have yet to get all my merchandise. No one is communicating with me. Every time I call either no one answers or I’m told some different excuse or reason for why or when my stuff will be delivered.
