If you told me the saying "a picture is worth a thousand words" was created to describe Beverley's work I would believe you. We happened to visit this gallery on a trip through Tasmania recently where we had the pleasure to be walked through by none other than Beverley herself. Tasmania is very fortunate to have as a resident one of Australias most iconic artists, the depth and variety of Beverleys work is truly outstanding and a must visit for the most discerning lovers of Australian art. Most memorable was the chance to visit her gallery and fortunately on the day to talk with the artist herself. Very pleased to now have two of Beverleys landscapes now displayed at home and in the office.

A lifetime artist with such a variety of styles all on display covering regions she's lived in from North West Australia to Tasmania. Beverly is delightful and has the background story for all of her art pieces. The gallery may be open but you need to phone in advance. Worthwhile for sure.

Loved the art and the Artist was just lovely. A visit is a must when in Latrobe. The room that holds the artwork is also amazing.
