Started off OK but then Rachel got sick, their systems weren't working and it went rapidly downhill. Communication was nil. Not one phone call in the entire process. I was blamed for upsetting their staff because on the day of signing the contract, the Docu'Sign system went down and I wanted yo know what was happening after a delay of 2 1/2 hours.
