I was told a month ago that all the rest of the fees were done with and only the 33% was to be taken out of my settlements that are next to nothing. I just received a settlement check with the 33% taken out and lo and behold a Medicare Lien Resolution fee of $35.00. WHAT RESOLUTION???????? There was no lien by Medicare. This is a scam and I'll be taking this to the bar association. BEWARE of this scamming firm!

I was contacted because of possible Asbestos claim. This was in 2021 of April. I waited and then finally got sent to a hotel in Mentor where they were doing screenings. The woman taking the breath test was pushing and pushing for a higher reading, until I finally said that that's it, there is no more. The doctor took x-rays and listened to my lungs. I'AM NOT SURE HOW A PROFESSONAL ATTORNEY'S OFFICE, CAN BE SO BLANTANTLY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. PROBABLY BECAUSE THE OFFICE GETS LARGER CASES APPOINTED, SO THEREFORE, THEY DON'T FEEL THE NEED TO RESPECT CLIENTS WHO RESPOND TO APPOINTED CASES. THE RUDENESS STARTS FROM THE INITIAL POINT OF CONTACT, THE RECEPTONIST, AND THEN CONTINUES, THROUGHOUT.
