We received notification from this company in December that they would no longer be able to do our taxes due to losing a member of their staff . The letter also stated they were unable to find a different company to refer us to. We are longtime clients , and we were left to scramble to find a new accounting firm. This establishment is currently downsizing their clients and we were forced to find another accountant. This means that we needed the past five years of tax records for the new office. We requested them from Beucler and they charged us $20 per year. $100 to select a file, click and print. A reasonable charge for the paper, ink and 5-10 minutes of work would be perfectly acceptable.
