Betty is the best She is patient and very understanding
Kept our tax documents for over a month and a half, wouldn't call back after telling us they would. Ended up having to go back and get our stuff to take to someone else.
It takes her 2 to 3 months to do your taxes with a appointment, I sit down and talk to her. She said, leave your tax papers here.I'll get back with you 5 weeks later, she still hasn't even touched the tax papers Would not recommend her at all
