The delivery person set the flowers in front of my door, they took a picture and sent it to me saying the flowers have been delivered. Then they picked up the flowers and put them back in their delivery vehicle and left....I have the whole thing on camera and they're still denying it! NEVER EVER EVER USE THESE THIEVES!!!
I placed an order for my uncles funeral and I clearly told the lady the colored I wanted for the flowers which were ONLY yellow and white. However, when I arrived to his services I noticed that the arrangements had pink and purple as well. I called her 2 days after his services. Through the phone she mentioned that she did not add any other color besides yellow and white and kept saying what did I want her to do which was so unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. My friend bought me flowers for the holidays and when I sent her a photo of them saying thank you she was shocked at what I received. I'll share photos of what I was supposed to receive and what I did receive. I guess she complained to 1800 flowers and got a refund. Well, Guess who called me 9 days later requesting the flowers back. Betty's flowers.
