The new CPA that runs this place ghosted me
Unbeknownst to me, Betty Spinelli is currently retired. Michael Powell currently works at this location and uses Mrs. Spinelli's phone number as his own. I would not recommend Mr. Powell's business, because he does not communicate with his clients, only his intern/assistant deescalates and handles issues over the phone. I will not be using him as my mother's CPA, and I advise you to steer clear as well.
I had a quick question on a tax form. Erin was very gracious in helping me out. So nice for someone to be courteous for us who are flummoxed by tax documents

Betty is a life saver! She was recommended to my by my friend and attorney. She's always so prompt and get's everything done immediately. Previously I was out of the country traveling when I had to get things done remotely over emails. She was very fast to get things done and leave my peace of mind. This year I had trouble retrieving a W9 from someone I contracted, therefore I had to submit everything to her last minute and even though there's a few days left to the deadline, Betty again saved my day!
