I don’t know what the others in these reviews are talking about but if you contact the Senior Services department in Gwinnett County, you will find that this is a good reliable company with outstanding reviews.
Ms Anabelle Natarus was a client who we transported to a Senior Center a few times a week. Ms Natarus lives in a basement of a home with her family where her phone does not get good service and she is unable to hear the horn. There were several times when we attempted to pick Ms Natarus up to take her to the Senior Center. We called upon arrival and blew the horn multiple times. Ms Natarus did not come out of the home. Hired them to pick my grandma up and they almost ran her over on arrival. Didn't apologize or anything. Fired them on the spot. Horrible company.
This person hired us to do a job at their home. They ripped us off when the last day arrived to go a finish which were just last few details they wouldn’t pay us unless we did more work for them. Their a rip off I wouldn’t trust anyone with them.
I'm a senior member, at the norcross senior anad very disappointed with the service as many times thy don't pick me up or call me, very vad service
