Mr. Betts far exceeded my expectations, he fought extremely hard for me in and out of court. He was extremely helpful and always responded very quickly. I whole heartily would recommend this guy to be your lawyer!
Mr. Betts has represented me in multiple cases some felony some misdemeanor but all criminal. I have avoided jail time on some occasions and understood my sentence on others. This has been my attorney for as long as I have been an adult. I also highly recommend him to all of my friends and family who also have used him.
Did not defend the truth at all. Waste of money. Absolute horrible experience. Pretty much just let the prosecutor say and do whatever. Blatant lies up and down. Tells me to plead guilty. Called me like 3 times is all in a 10 months span. Zero support. And at my sentencing he didn't argue anything, he did zero discovery to help prove what these people were doing to me.
