I recently worked with Bettina from the Seller side (Agent/Owner transaction). I appreciated her professionalism and care to reach out when the offer was first made and the time she took to update me on the progress of the loan throughout. We received "clear to close" only three weeks after going under contract and a full week prior to close. Was a positive experience from start to finish. Great working with you Bettina!
