I was denied an apartment because this company took someone with the same name pending an eviction and attached it to my file. I never lived at the address in question and have official documentation from the landlord as proof! I called the county court and was told there was no social security number associated with the docket number/ name on file. When you call for answers the phone goes to voicemail and no one picks up. My backround was ran through this company for an apartment rental application. I was denied because they said I had a felony conviction in which it clearly states that I was not convicted and the charge was dismissed by court 11 years ago. They are handling sensitive information and potentially can have a huge impact on lives that info belongs to. They need to learn how to read the information correctly that they handle.
