I have been going to this office for weight loss for 5 months now. They have never answered the phone and only returned my call one time. I was able to get the PA’s cell phone but she did not return calls or texts in a timely manor leaving me without medication several times. As of today, I am out of medication again because I cannot get an answer.
I am a medically complex patient. Shannon has been nothing but helpful. She is constantly advocating for me. She is easy to get in touch with. Her staff is also kind and very helpful.
