I hardly leave reviews anywhere, but this is an exception. I have tried many different weight-loss programs, with varied success, but this is by far the best program I've experienced. It really does change how you look at what you eat and how to make good food decisions. The weekly accountability is so helpful. I'm down 60 lbs over 5 months and I'm confident that I'll be able to maintain because the education I've received.
