I love how I have lost so much weight by following this program. I have a goal of 100 lbs and am down 68 lbs in 5 months. I know I will get to my goal and will have support even after. Great program and people.

You get on a full body composition scale each week that not only tells you your weight, but how much water you have, what your muscles weigh, what your bones weigh, visceral fat and more.
