Had my taxes done by a tax preparer for the first time. I was nervous because when I've taken taxes to preparers in the past, they wanted to charge hundreds of dollars for basic services and they were quite rude. I ended up giving up and doing them on my own. Better Returns is such a light in the dark! They were quick, very affordable, and got me my largest refund yet. Thank you!
I’m honestly not the type to leave reviews. This was the first time we had ever used better returns and the reviews seemed great. But the gentleman that helped us with our taxes, made us feel very uncomfortable. My husband is a 1099 employee and proceeded to tell my husband that the amount of money he made wasn’t enough, and that he should get a real job. That should only be his side job. Also felt like he was in a rush to get our taxes done, and that he wasn’t taking them seriously. Just another person to make money off of.... read more
