Absolute waste of time, took 2 months plus to come up with an answer. Which essentially could have been given way earlier considering it was based on a mathematical analysis. Clearly seems to be a problem with this business considering not the only client with similar experience.
I dealt with Karen and would like to thank her for all her assistance with our client's discharge of mortgage processes.
