Anthony and the team were great to deal with. Anthony was very responsive in all my requests or questions. Application process is a bit backwards with having to fill in manual forms but at least the process after this was done was smooth sailing.

Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in regards to a mortgage broker and the lack of communication. False promises and misleading information, I rang this place explained I had just been messed over, told them do not take this unless you can assure me, yes yes yes I was told, missed deadlines also, never would I recommend this business for an SMSF purchase, I did have the manager or owner call however I seriously could not be bothered even talking with them for another second and wasting any more time. Unfortunately an incredibly frustrating experience attempting to gain SMSF lending. Lender missed multiple deadlines, requesting information at the last minute each time (a lot of which had already been provided). When we did promptly provide information requested, answers were still forth coming. Attempts to get answers were hampered by phone calls going to voice mails and no returned calls. All in all, very frustrating.
