Probably one of the decisions I ever made. These sessions really helped me get through a lot issues I didn't recognize. Highly recommend you take the time to listen and implement the advice given. Ashlin is a great listener and provides even better feedback. I truly enjoyed my time and will be forever grateful.
I could not recommend this more. If you are at all on the fence give it a chance and you will be rewarded with a wonderful experience. Ashlin creates a safe environment where you will feel heard, respected, and have the chance to really grow. I left very relaxed to say the least.
I know that I have some issues that I needed to work on but I didn't really know how to start and get help. Amy helped me realize that even though these issues are pretty impactful to my life, it does not define me. She guided me to be more mindful of my own feelings and thoughts and to slowly engage with myself. I was struggling with self image and esteem but from what I've learned, I'm starting to slowly accept myself for who I am. It's just a start but I can't wait to see where I'll end up.
