Rubi is the best physio I have ever seen! She is genuinely caring and has extensive knowledge of the body and it's mechanics. She provided me with effective treatments which included hands on manipulation, dry needling and take home exercises and stretches with progressions. She demonstrated all of the exercises and stretches for me and made sure I knew how to do them all properly before I went home. I have been seeing Ruby on and off for a few years now for the same back issues. She is the only physiotherapist that I have seen to be able to correctly diagnose and help me manage my condition. Her knowledge of muscular skeletal issues is excellent. Ruby takes the time to listen and explain the problem and offers effective treatment. I can highly recommend Ruby for any physio work that you may require..
