I first went to Gema to help me give up smoking. That was two and a half years ago. Hypnosis made it so easy for me to quit. Since then, I have been having Hypnosis for weight loss. I went to Gema for gastric band hypnosis, however there were other issues that needed to be dealt with first. Gema designed a program for me, which helped with my confidence and self-esteem, she helped me be more goal orientated.
