I recently had an electrical panel fire and was in desperate need of a new one. Because we lose power multiple times a year, I figured I’d have a Generac Generator panel installed. I called 46 companies across the country and could not find the required panel. Called Better Power and Patty was able to find one for me. She and Sarah coordinated overnight shipment. I’m so grateful for these two professionals. They’ve gone above and beyond. So happy to see that real customer service still exists. Thank you.
