Janice was hands down the most amazing part of my whole entire home buying process! She is absolutely awesome with her work! She made things happen that 5 other loan officers couldn’t make happen. Janice gets it done! I had a VA client who tried several different lenders but couldn’t get approved for a home loan. Before my client gave up; I asked Janice to speak with him to see if there was anything she could do. She had an approval within 2 days; we closed on a home within 30 days.
