I cannot express my gratitude enough for Janice. She worked day and night, even while on vacation, to get us approved for our loan. Janice gets it done! I had a VA client who tried several different lenders but couldn’t get approved for a home loan. Before my client gave up; I asked Janice to speak with him to see if there was anything she could do. She had an approval within 2 days; we closed on a home within 30 days.
