Tara is such a wonderful provider! She is gentle, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. She always makes sure that I’m comfortable and taken care of, and always goes the extra mile to help her clients!

I went to Tara because of a specific knee issue that resolved almost immediately after the first visit. I continue seeing Tara on a regular basis because I have had other issues come up and she can always help whatever it is. The sessions with Tara are more relaxing than a massage and more beneficial! I highly recommend for overall well-being, but especially if you have a specific issue and you need relief.
