Better In Balance has changed my life. I’ve been dealing with pain from a car accident for over a year. Chiropractic, massage and physical therapy haven’t gotten rid of my neck, back or foot pain. I went to Tara because of a specific knee issue that resolved almost immediately after the first visit. I continue seeing Tara on a regular basis because I have had other issues come up and she can always help whatever it is. The sessions with Tara are more relaxing than a massage and more beneficial! I highly recommend for overall well-being, but especially if you have a specific issue and you need relief.
