I started seeing Tara after my chiropractor recommended her for my jaw pain. My pain would come on acutely and last for a few days leaving my face numb. Within one session she helped to eliminate the severity of the pain and lessen the frequency. She has also helped with my stress and anxiety as well as my neck and low back pain from a recent accident. Better In Balance has changed my life. I’ve been dealing with pain from a car accident for over a year. Chiropractic, massage and physical therapy haven’t gotten rid of my neck, back or foot pain. I went to Tara because of a specific knee issue that resolved almost immediately after the first visit. I continue seeing Tara on a regular basis because I have had other issues come up and she can always help whatever it is. The sessions with Tara are more relaxing than a massage and more beneficial! I highly recommend for overall well-being, but especially if you have a specific issue and you need relief.
