Clarification: Better Image was sold 3 or 4 years back to two owners. Lee Poleviyuma was the one who ran the busines for previous owner and knows all about screen printing. Most all the vendors know this. Paul was the other partner the money man. He doesnt know screen printing or the business but he knows how to get loans from banks (which are not lending) or wheel and deal. Lee got out as well as several employees left. We have been using these guys for over 15 years. The entire staff is great and have always provided us what we needed on time and artwork is always good. We have done lots of orders short of their leadtime and they have always come through for us. Thanks!!!
This company owes us more than $600. Would not pay at all and ignores phone calls. Then 3 months ago, the owner, Paul Trask, called us and said he needed to place a repeat order (for the Police). He begged us to help him, saying the police had the guns pointing as his head. He authorized us to charge his credit card and now, after he got his merchandise, he DISPUTED us. Your lucky if they dont screw up your order. I quit taking my work there after twice the artwork I approved was off on color after printing and it was not done on time. Although discount was given doesnt help if you need the work to be on time and done right first time around!
