Very poor customer service - especially the checkout lady who was so rude and unhelpful.
Customer service was horrible and checkout lady on the counter was so rude. Poor management as well. I bought umbrella from this store, got broken in first use. Also, coffee mug handle broken after 5–6-time use. They are selling low quality products. I don't recommend buying any product from this store.

I was accused of stealing something and the old lady literally asked to check my bag to which i said no and when i left to go to big w i found out the younger one was literally following me. The hell?!?
