Sunday opening hours state 9:30am. I arrived at 9:20am and waited for the store to open, however staff did not open until 10:00am. Please update your advertised opening hours to reflect the actual opening time, as I would not have made a special trip or waited if I had known the store would not be opening until 10:00am like every other craft shop out there!

Very poor customer service - especially the checkout lady who was so rude and unhelpful.
Customer service was horrible and checkout lady on the counter was so rude. Poor management as well. I bought umbrella from this store, got broken in first use. Also, coffee mug handle broken after 5–6-time use. They are selling low quality products. I don't recommend buying any product from this store.
