Initial call received with enthusiasm and an immediate appointment. Same enthusiasm and helpfulness was there when we walked in, even though the hearing aids were purchased in another state. Super friendly. The staff problem-solved with the hearing aids and made adjustments which have increased effectiveness. Jared was very engaged to determine issues and understood the hearing goals. Very insightful and concerned for best settings. Great team
Staff scheduled my appointment for next day; promptly serviced my hearing aids and Jared immediately met us and checked the settings; made adjustments and answered all questions. We had a highly quality interaction— remarkable because they did not sell us the hearing aids. Excellent service and very personable.
