Great experience.
Jennifer is the best. Have Hearing Aids in both ears. Very thorough in her explanation and did not leave until I understood everything I needed to understand. Nice to hear with clarity now.
I had an initial positive experience with Jennifer and the office. The appointment went well and the earplugs that arrived were a good fit. However, when a few months later I called to replace them because they got lost in a backcountry hut, I was told that I would have to pay the full price ($180), despite the fact that they already had the molds on file and simply had to reorder them from the provider.
