Don't shop here unless you have money to throw away. Mark Rau charges roughly 70% more than other Starkey Hearing Aid dealers in Eau Claire. My mother wanted to shop here because a lady at the YMCA said they were good. Wondering if there is a commission system working here? I am not knocking his technical ability but he is arrogant and condescending.
