Scott Firestone is one of the best hearing aid professionals I have used in my 30+ years of wearing them. We were able to select and am trying out a new hearing aid per his selection, in less than an hour. His warranty extends beyond the 3 year warranty offered by the manufacturer which is a huge plus. I highly recommend, if you live in York County, giving him a shot. It was a great experience.
I made an appointment at Better Hearing Aid Center expecting to be told I need hearing aids. My tests came back in the acceptable ranges and was informed that she did not feel I needed them. The Dr and the receptionist were very pleasant and made me feel comfortable. My husband has been a patient for a few years and is very pleased with the service. Highly recommend this practice. Friendly and honest.
