Tamika is a wonderful therapist and her practice is top level. She is extremely thorough in her examination/assessments, and highly skilled in determining and executing her treatment plans that have been so effective in resolving my issues. Her office staff are also extremely polite and helpful whenever I am there.
I’ve seen Tamika multiple times for different injuries and problems in the past ~12 years, and now I try to see her semi-routinely for guidance and treatment of whatever current issues or goals I’m working on. She’s amazing at taking a holistic view of what might be going on in the body, and focusing on building health and strength rather than just fixing a symptom. She’s also just a wonderful person to work with - knowledgeable, straightforward, kind and empathetic.
I am thrilled with the level of support we received from all of the therapists at Better Health PT. My daughter tore her ACL and meniscus and has needed pretty intense therapy for months. During our time we have seen several of the therapist which all offered outstanding care and support. They are extremely flexible and work well to accommodate your schedule. The office itself is clean and inviting and I would highly recommend Better Health PT.
I have the highest praise for the team at Better Health! Working with Melanie on strength training and nutrition has made me stronger, healthier, trimmer (I lost nearly 30 pounds!) than I ever thought possible as I turn 70. Melanie, Allison and Tamika are so knowledgeable, thoughtful and thorough. And I love their team approach to ensuring each person gets the most comprehensive guidance. I am happy to publicly thank them for all they do.
My family and I have worked with Tamika and her colleagues for many years, first when she was an employee at another PT practice and now at Better Health, the clinic she founded.
