I have been with Better Hands for many years. I think around 5 years now. I love my nurse I have through them. She is absolutely wonderful. I couldn't ask for anyone better. She goes above and beyond for me. Baldwin, the owner of the company, is very nice, friendly, and approachable. He really goes out of his way to pair nurses with patients that will work well together. Would not recommend employment or services with this company. I was shorted pay and they wouldn’t fix the problem. My client was also dissatisfied with her services as the company would never call or contact her with changes.
