The website looks professional, the reviews are excellent, and the facility looks great from the outside. Unfortunately, they seem to be wholly uninterested in customer service. I've called multiple times since the 11th, sent in an email through their website contact form last week, and I went by the shop in person to try to set an appointment. Zero answer from calls or email, and the door was locked. Under My Skin in Temple will be getting my business instead.
Sent them an email inquiring about some implants. They said they do them and asked me for more details, but after emailing them back never got a response. Sent a follow up email a few days later and a text days after that and ghosted. Doesnt seem professional to me. Response to comment: i saw the “temporarily closed” on here recently after having sent the text message, and since i received a response after the first email about more info i assumed it wasnt correct. I never mentioned about scheduling i asked about pricing
Poor service rushed through the process of getting my belly pierced. Rude and non welcoming would not recommend. Also pinched too much of my skin for the belly ring. I'm stuck with having to buy long bar 16mm belly rings because the regular belly rings won't fit, it's too short. And it's been 2 months
