The owner M.owens was very rude when calling to check on my ride. Had a attitude and unfortunately couldn't even get a word out, b Before listening to the fact that nobody in the office would answer the phone(called 5 times) good drivers very disappointed with the ownership.

I was a bit leery based on some of the poor reviews but so happy I booked with Mark who met all his promises & was pleasant to work with. I was in Cleveland from AZ for my son’s wedding weekend of 11/1. My concern was the dependability for getting the MOG to venues on time, & the non-business hours of my needs. My driver (another Mark) was prompt & dependable, & also very pleasant, Due to my unfamiliarity with the rental power wheelchair & it’s very sensitive joy stick, I was challenged to keep it steering straight up & down... read more

I rode with a company and I'm in a wheelchair accessible scooter. They did not have me strapped down properly and I was thrown from side to side inside the vehicle.

Awful, rude and verbally abusive. A danger to the elderly. My FIL fell (slipped per Marcus, but really why does it matter) from his wheelchair because they didn't buckle him in to the van. Now they're blaming the nursing facility for not restraing FIL to his chair, but in reality, he should have checked first as well as restrained him to the van with a seatbelt like device. The driver screamed at FIL for not helping him get back into his chair - he's a very weak, eldery amputee. The return trip was late for pickup and Marcus... read more
