Today I have been sent a wonderful lady Sveta, assist me with Personal and Domestic assistance. I have never had in the past a carer who had pride, was punctual and so caring. Such dedicated service, and so thorough. Highly recommend.
We were very disappointed with the cleaner that arrived half an hour late to do our cleaning. She had 2 showers to do and vacuum and mop the floors. She only got the 2 showers done (a very average clean) and didn’t do the floors at all. We won’t use them again.
Charmaine and her staff consider their clients needs before their own. Thank you for always being available and going the extra mile with the care given . Would highly recommend if in need of a support carer.
