I brought my 2017 Hyundai Sonata into Yuma Hyundai for an oil change. I presented a coupon for $29.95 to technician which stated NO SYNTHETIC OIL allowed. My car has a manufacturing defect and uses a quart of oil ever 500 miles or so making it expensive to use synthetic oil. I was surprised to receive a bill for $63. I was told that this is because they ONLY use synthetic oil for oil changes. AND this was AFTER they gave me a $15 credit! So bill would have been about $75. Ridiculous!
