I SUBMITTED A COMPLAINT AGAINST A RETAIL BUSINESS TO BBB IN NORTHEAST FLORIDA.THEY THEN KINDLY TRANSFERED IT TO BBB VIRGINIA FOR SERVICE AT THE PROPER REGION FOR THAT BUSINESS. DAY TWO, MY COMPLAINT WAS RESOLVED TO MY SATISFACTION.
Bbb is saying that the business answered when it actually did not answered the last questions based on legal facts. Therefore it should say the business did not answer or “unanswered” by the business. Awful service.
