Fast and easy
Customer service was great! The representative was friendly, fast and knowledgable. Expecting to view updates to business profile and to receive my questionnaire.
So far so good the involvement of the BBB seems to be the turning point in what was otherwise a very poor experience. I would give 5 stars however all that has happened so far is the company agreed to a refund. .though the amount of the refund and the how or when has not yet been presented to me yet the matter has been called closed ...overall a great experience Thanks so much for the help BBB!
