They are a waste of time. I provided proof that Hyundai promised to provide those who bought or leased Hyundai EVs before Jan 2025 and they did not provide it to me. I also proved I went through the dispute process with Hyundai and they promised to provide it but did not. So I bought it after being stranded several times and asked for reimbursement. Hyundai's response to BBB was it was a limited time promotion and we are not going to do anything. BBB lists Hyundai as addressing my complaint. Hyunda gets high ratings but does... read more
