-----Update (8/6/26)----- After abandoning my complaint for over a month, then explicitly saying, "The BBB has sent a request to the business for a reply," you summmarily closed my complaint without that reply, instead falsely claiming, "While we regret we were unable to reach your desired resolution, the business has provided BBB with its position." You further falsly claimed my complaint has been "Answered - the business addressed the issues within the complaint, but the consumer remains dissatisfied." No, it didn't. It re... read more
After initially facilitating my complaint, they went silent for over a month. I then emailed them three times over a week. All I got was more silence.
