I called the BBB to speak with someone regarding whether I filed a report on Furniture and Mattresses and Van Chevrolet because I never got any feedback from the BBB on the status of my report either online or through e-mail. Today, August 1, 2025, I received a call back from a Michelle from the BBB in California somewhere. I told her that there is never any follow up from the BBB after a citizen files an online report. Amazing network of locally owned businesses!
Avoid using the BBB. This review is for BBB Pacific Southwest, Central & Southern California. Several months in, I conclude the BBB is inept and unable to offer customer satisfaction. Our subcontractor got away with an A+ rating and a false reply to our review.
