I would like for everyone to know what a wonderful elder community Albuquerque Grand Senior Living is, and what a nice place to convey that since the Better Business Bureau is such a respected organization. I've lived at the Grand for over 3 years and I am so happy and comfortable. Great management and great staff. Come check us out. You will love us!
I contacted BBB twice and both time they resolved my issue and I got my money back. I'm very grateful for their help.
Do they ever get off their ***** and actually go "investigate" complaints of consumers to actually see for themselves what the consumer experienced? Or just sit and take phone calls and online complaints, then decide who they want to help? No help and to imagine I sent proof of my issues!
