An excellent organization with detailed procedures to deal with business problems. With their help, a non-responsive vendor which had ignored numerous emails over a 2-week period regarding a shipment missing $135 worth of merchandise, contacted me the day after this BBS submitted my detailed complaint and shipped the remainder of my order the next day!
They sent a letter to the business and it significantly help me resolve the issue. No business that is reputable does not want a bad rating tlfrom the BBB. The BBB web site makes it very easy to file a claim and they action on it very quickly.
BBB help me resolve my complaint within a week. I sent my complaint in BBB and I received an email from them immediately explaining next steps. A week later I received a response from my complaint with a resolution. This saved me the headache of going back n forth with the company's customer service and receiving broken promises. If you are having a dispute, please try BBB. they will get you results with way less stress
