I didn't know they could help me get a refund for companies that charged me for products they never shipped, the company refused the respond to my emails so I gave up hope. I used my debit card months prior and was worried I wouldn't be able to get my money back since I chose to pay the company. I filed the complaint with the BBB and the company immediately responded to my email (go figure) and they processed a refund. Didn't have to stress out with my bank explaining what happened. So thankful I'm not out $700!!

I have used them often and most recently with a billing issue. I would encourage anyone struggling to resolve a dispute with a business to consider reaching out to them as a resource. Their assistance made a significant difference in my case, and I appreciate their role in helping bring this matter to a fair resolution.
