I'm disappointed with the BBB, I filed a complaint against GEHA's Marketing material not being accurate, this nothing to do with HIPPA, I wanted GEHA to comment on there brochures, see screen shot, BBB made this a HIPPA knowing full well it had nothing to do with HIPPA. I absolutely recommend reporting via the BBB. Companies are more likely to take you seriously and you will have a record of the communication as the BBB facilitates a resolutions. Get your ducks in a row and get your voice heard.
Not sure what has happened to BBB but it's gone downhill. I filed a complaint against Delmar Gardens of Lenexa Kansas. First, BBB accused a business in Nebraska (with the name Delmar in it, but not the same company). I gave them proof- I did not file against them. THEN, I get a call from a second company, Garden Villas... that BBB turned my complaint over to. Not sure if AI is running BBB now, or if someone just cannot read. Worst service ever. Never got my original complaint solved. Sad we now can't depend on BBB.
