BBB should read my book "When No One Protects You." You will learn something. I have been protecting me and consumers since 2020 and have a great success rate with no complaints. I cannot say the same thing about you.

The BBB presents itself as a consumer protection organization, but my experience shows they are more focused on businesses than helping everyday people. Reading other reviews, its clear many consumers face the same problems: The BBB closes cases quickly once a business replies, even if the issue isn't resolved. This approach leaves consumers vulnerable, while businesses benefit from the appearance of accountability without real consequences. The BBB is not structured to truly advocate for consumers.
