We have spent some time through the Nashville BBB trying to get a business to honor a one-year warranty on a replacement phone that broke. We finally took the phone ourselves to get a written diagnostic on the phone saying that it should have been covered under the warranty, and before we could add it to the BBB complaint, the complaint was closed. My company has a low ranking for not replying to 4 low out of literally 10's of thousands of reviews. The my company is not responding as I don't have access to the BBB account to reply. I have tried repeatedly leaving 4 voicemails with no response. I will gladly change my 1 star to a 5 star with some type of person interaction to provide my companies access. Thank you in advance
This was a very disappointing process that resulted in nothing but added aggravation. Over reliance on process automation, no secondary follow-up and lack of any response to direct emails or replies through the BBB tools really tells me this is more "theater" than anything that offers any real help.
