I called to e=receive a status on my complant, but my calls keep getting disconnected. I've emailed members of management but they've not responded. I need assistance please.
We spent hours over the course of several days to respond to a complaint (which had already been solved) and they never replied. We submitted online multiple times and it would not work. They don't answer the phone and they don't return calls. They are closed A LOT. Horrible service.
BBB should read my book "When No One Protects You." You will learn something. I have been protecting me and consumers since 2020 and have a great success rate with no complaints. I cannot say the same thing about you.
