I called between 930 and 10 o’clock in the morning received a message that if I had called outside of business hours to leave a message got a whole bunch of talking, but it was recorded talking and nobody bothered to answer and then they hung up on me. We have spent some time through the Nashville BBB trying to get a business to honor a one-year warranty on a replacement phone that broke. We finally took the phone ourselves to get a written diagnostic on the phone saying that it should have been covered under the warranty, and before we could add it to the BBB complaint, the complaint was closed. We followed the advice from the BBB Livechat Bot on how to add additional information to a complaint, but two times the complaint was bounced back as a “Duplicate Complaint”, whic... read more

Regarding Nuvia Dental Implant in Nashville TN. Lack of communication, failure to provide a specific date for services, questionable advance billing practices, high pressure sales. Avoid regardless of any 'hype" that Nuvia selects for their "come on."
