No matter what the nature of issues is, they reject requests based on nothing. == Update: They claim to be very nice and respond to our inquires. An email was sent far before posting this review to the exact same email address they provided but no response was ever received.
It seems to be nearly impossible to file a complaint with BBB. They also have no authority to help resolve a grievance. Completely useless!
