Gave my small business a D- business rating based on a single bad review that I didn't know existed! They claimed they emailed the business to respond to the complaints which they never did. After speaking to rep, they updated the rating to C+. Again very ambiguous and unfair rating. Very scammy. The rep found me at a fair and was grilling me like "on you have D- rating, this is no good". I don't need BBB to rate my business. My Google reviews are 4.9 5 star reviews from +60 people.
