BBB helped me with an awful experience dealing with Integon (Allstate affiliate) for payout after Integon staff refused to respond and follow through for over 6 weeks. I was able to receive the agreed payout, however I was still left with out of pocket costs when Integons client was at fault. BBB does not assign accountability so they would not fight for the remaining $200 I was forced to pay in rental fees while my car was repaired, but I would have lost an additional $160 if not for BBB. ERS of high pint is a scam . They sit in parking lots and tow cars away. Must be desperate for business. I had a handicap sign and they wouldn’t let me get it out of the car. They towed it to high point from Greensboro. Do not use this towing company
