To much a year $800 + for our business just to have them do nothing but make our customers feel like they had leverage on us with negative BBB reviews I also didn’t like our hard earned reviews got deleted after 36 months!!! We work WAY to hard for our reviews for them to just “Disappear” after 36 months while paying such a premium for this service, what a scam. We voted with our feet and cancelled the membership

BBB,has wittnessed how corrupt companies have been,I see alot of people got help,all they tell me ,is their making note of it.I notice bussinesses always transfer me to represenatives who will ignore my complaints.Idk how many complaints ,Ive made and got the same response.There making notes.First premier knows I hate my personal information recieved through mail,they still do it!
